Delivery

Each item purchased will be beautifully packaged in a complimentary gift box.

Once we have received your payment, we will despatch your order within 3-5 working days.

For UK orders please allow up to 2 days for delivery.

International orders should arrive within 7-14 days however please allow up to 28 days for delivery.  It is important to note that international deliveries may attract additional customs duty, excise duty and/or import VAT and you should be aware that you will be legally liable for any such charges, if they arise.

If your order is out of stock, we will contact you by email with an estimated despatch date.

In order to guarantee safe delivery, all of our UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery service. As this means that a signature will be required, please try to ensure that there is someone available to receive your goods, otherwise it will be your responsibility to collect them from the local Post Office depot. Please also ensure that we have your correct delivery address and postcode.

Deliveries to locations outside of the UK are restricted to those countries that are serviced by Royal Mail Airsure or Royal Mail International Signed For service, as shown below;

Postage and packing costs for deliveries from the UK are added to each order and vary according to destination;

We regret that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or military bases.

Returns

We understand that internet shopping does not always give you the same buying experience as a high street store. If you are disappointed by any of our products, we will gladly provide a ‘no questions’ refund of the purchase cost, so long as you notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery and return the goods in their original packaging within 28 days.

** Please note the responsibility for return parcels lost in transit is yours so we recommend you return it by a guaranteed service such as the Post Office Special Delivery.

Our products are carefully crafted to a high standard. In the unlikely event that your goods are defective or faulty when you receive them, you must also tell us within 7 days and return the goods to us within 28 days for a replacement or a full refund (including return delivery charges).

If you change your mind about an order at any time before dispatch, you may cancel your order by telephone or email and we will then provide you with a full refund.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange or refund earrings, unless they are defective or faulty.
